Monday to Friday, we reply within 24 hours. Messages sent on weekends and US public holidays are answered the next business day.
Before you write about an order
Having your order number handy makes this much faster. It's in your confirmation email, and it starts with #.
If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, that's usually normal — carriers often scan a package only at a few points along the route. If it's been more than seven days with no movement, write to us and we'll chase it.
